Se le notificará de los cargos aplicables por cancelaciones o cambios. Viajes Florida no es responsable de los costos adicionales derivados de cambios o cancelaciones por parte del cliente.
4. Política de Reembolso
Los reembolsos estarán sujetos a las políticas de cada proveedor. En caso de cancelación por parte del cliente, los reembolsos podrán estar sujetos a penalidades o no ser reembolsables en algunos casos. Las tarifas de servicio de Viajes Florida no son reembolsables.
5. Responsabilidades del Usuario
El usuario es responsable de asegurarse de que toda la información proporcionada sea correcta y completa. Viajes Florida no se responsabiliza por errores resultantes de datos incorrectos proporcionados por el usuario.
6. Limitación de Responsabilidad
Viajes Florida actúa como intermediario entre los usuarios y los proveedores de servicios de viaje. No somos responsables de los actos, omisiones, errores, garantías, incumplimientos o negligencias de dichos proveedores. Cualquier reclamación debe ser dirigida al proveedor correspondiente.
